Description

Innovative adult day programs that help develop functional skills and discover talents through volunteer opportunities and engaging social activities.

Day programs operate in Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Schuylkill (being a resident of these counties is not required).

Who is it for?

Adults who have completed high school with a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or autism.

Our Family Support program comes alongside families who need support. Their peer support specialists, all parents themselves, bring compassionate, lived-experience to each family they work with in the community.

Providing services in children’s homes, schools and communities, we are focused on collaborating with you, their support person, to best guide your child in learning the skills needed to cope with their emotional and behavioral challenges.

Who is it for?

Children 18 months to 21 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis.

Lifesharing allows individuals to live with qualified, trained providers, becoming a part of their lives and families while offering support and guidance to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Individuals 18 and older with an intellectual disability.

Peer Support and Teen Talk Lines provide live call lines, called warm lines, where teens and adults can speak or text anonymously with a peer about any issues or problems without fear of judgement.

Adults over 18 years old with a mental health diagnosis.

Description

TIP fills in the gaps for the young people in our communities. TIP – Transition to Independence Process – is a young adult mental health program. Our dedicated mentors work to help overcome any barriers to independence.

Young adults between the ages of 16-26.
