Our Intellectual Disability & Autism service line believes in empowering individuals’ abilities and unlocking their full potential. Disability does not mean inability.

Our various programs facilitate personal growth and help individuals reach their goals. We offer community-based programs, both in-home and off-site, where social skills and exciting activities promote development in life skills.

Employment services that create individualized plans and a comprehensive approach in services that focus on expanding employment opportunities through employment skills training, job match and on-going job support with employment specialists.

Our robust Lifesharing program and Community Living Homes are designed to create a true home living experience focused on support and care for those we serve.

Description

Caregivers and anyone who wants to give caregivers a break.

DESCRIPTION

Behavioral services crafted to meet the unique needs of each person through: in-person support, one-on-one meetings, staff and caregiver trainings, and assessments of consumer activities and behaviors.

Description

Our community homes create a family style living environment to meet each person’s needs. Emphasis is placed on community participation and personal growth.

Individuals with an intellectual disability.

Description

Innovative adult day programs that help develop functional skills and discover talents through volunteer opportunities and engaging social activities.

Day programs operate in Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Schuylkill (being a resident of these counties is not required).

Who is it for?

Adults who have completed high school with a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or autism.

Description

Providing employment support for individuals over the age of 18 who have a disability or autism.

Who is it for?

Individuals over the age of 21 with an intellectual disability or autism.

Description

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide 1 on 1 care to support adults and children in their homes and in the community by setting personal goals and learning skills for day-to-day living.

Individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Supporting those at the intersection of faith and mental health though training, consultation and collaboration

Primarily working in Bucks and Montgomery Counties (consultations and trainings available for any location).

Who is it for?

Everyone.

Description

Lifesharing allows individuals to live with qualified, trained providers, becoming a part of their lives and families while offering support and guidance to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Individuals 18 and older with an intellectual disability.
