Michaela Smith

Michaela oversees the family support programs since 2014 and has worked within different programs at Access Services, Inc. since 1998 including IBHS, respite and recruitment, and foster care. Michaela is involved in various family support state initiatives, including holding credentials as a trainer for the FREDLA parent peer support and supervisor curriculum model.

Amy Kunkle

Amy has worked within the Bucks County LIFE program for over 12 years and has over 16 years’ experience working within the field of family support. Amy also holds credentialing as a Certified Family Recovery Specialist. As a family support specialist, Amy provides information, resources, and support through all of the children and young adult systems of care in Bucks County, including Special Education.  Amy strives to help empower families to become their own child’s advocate.

Denise Hooper

Denise has worked within the Bucks County LIFE Program for over 12 years and has about 18 year’s experience working within the field of family support.  Denise has co-chaired the Right to Education Taskforce and currently holds membership of this initiative. As a family support specialist, Denise provides information, resources, and support through all of the children and young adult systems of care in Bucks County, including Special Education.  Denise strives to help empower families to become their own child’s advocate.

Program Coordinator /Administrative Case Manager

Brittany Rosanova

Brittany joined the Bucks County LIFE program in 2021. Previously, Brittany worked for several years within the child welfare system. Brittany provides county-funded case management to families whose children may need supports at home, within the community, and within higher levels of care settings. In addition, Brittany facilitates daily program operations.

Transition-Age/Young Adult Peer Support Specialist

Beatrice Ayoub

Beatrice has worked in many environments including inpatient facilities, residential treatment facilities, and addiction programs with a main focus on children and adolescents for the past three years. Beatrice’s passion for mental health stems from her own lived mental health experience, using it to connect with young people through a unique and authentic relational model.  She believes that everyone is a work-in-progress and strives to help young people see their self-worth and never-ending potential.
