Learn about the Programs

Community Homes (CLA)
Tucked away in local neighborhoods, these beautiful unassuming homes offer the opportunity for community living for those with intellectual disabilities who need a more supportive living environment.

Day Programs
Our innovative adult day programs and care services help adults with intellectual disabilities develop functional skills and discover their talents through volunteer opportunities and engaging social activities.

In Home Supports
Our In-Home Supports program has been helping families since the early 1990s. We provide training, ongoing support and equip Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1 on 1 care to support adults and children with intellectual disabilities in their homes and in the community.

Justice Related Services
Justice Related Services (JRS) empowers adults with a mental health diagnosis to create a path through the legal system and connect to resources to support successful re-entry in community living.

Lifesharing
Lifesharing is a unique program that allows individuals (18 and older) with intellectual disabilities to live with qualified, trained providers and become a part of their lives and families.

Peer Support Talk Line
Our Peer Support Talk Lines provide live call lines, called warm lines, where adults can speak or text anonymously with a peer about any issues or problems without fear of judgement.

Starting Point
Starting Point is a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Service (PRS), that supports individuals in gaining skills and resources, building on their own strengths, to be able to reach their own self-identified goals.

Street Outreach
Our Street Outreach Program seeks to provide whole-person intervention for those facing housing instability and homelessness in Montgomery County.
