Unexpected Change Brings New Possibilities

Unexpected change can create a pathway to develop something new and full of possibility.

Montgomery County has chosen to shift Street Outreach funding to a shelter-focused model effective June 30th. We’re deeply grateful for the years spent connecting and supporting our unhoused neighbors in this way and seeing lives changed.

Access Services’ commitment hasn’t changed. We’ve already secured initial funding and are building partnerships for a new, community-driven initiative. We’re excited for the opportunity to build something even more responsive to what our community truly needs.
