Access Services welcomes Seth Jones as new Vice President of Finance

Access Services is pleased to welcome Seth Jones as our new Vice President of Finance, bringing with him more than 20 years of expertise in financial stewardship and a deep commitment to mission-driven work.

Seth’s journey to Access Services began long before his career in finance. While in college, he worked as a case manager in senior living, supporting residents, including those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. That experience awakened a passion for helping people, especially children and families, that stayed with him even as he built a strong career in corporate finance.

Later, Seth followed that calling into the nonprofit sector, joining Turning Points for Children. During a period of rapid expansion, he helped strengthen financial systems, build new infrastructure, and support organizational growth that multiplied tenfold. His work later extended through Public Health Management Corporation, where he provided financial leadership to several youth and family-focused organizations.

What inspires Seth most is the opportunity to combine his financial expertise with a mission that aligns deeply with his values. He shared that supporting children, families, and communities has always resonated with him and he sees Access Services as a place where he can help make meaningful, lasting impact.

Outside of his professional life, Seth is endlessly curious. He loves to travel, explore new cultures through food, play tennis, and express his creativity through photography and the arts. He values growth, adventure, and the joy of stepping into something new. We are honored to have Seth join our leadership team and look forward to the expertise and heart he brings to Access Services.
