
What is a DSP?
Direct Support Professionals provide creative and caring support to the individuals we serve. In most programs, these valuable team members provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism, while other DSPs provide respite services for children with behavioral health needs.

Driving Requirements
Most positions have driving requirements including:
- Access to a vehicle during work hours
- Being listed as a driver on an auto insurance policy
- A valid drivers license with two years of experience driving with a license (not just a permit) in the United States
- Comfortability with driving clients
- Mileage reimbursement, paid travel time between worksites
Employees must meet all qualifying and ongoing job criteria including background checks, physical examination results, and clearances.
