Start Your ABA Career

A Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one-on-one support to a child, adolescent or adult with a mental health or Autism Diagnosis. A BHT supports the individual and their team using behavior interventions that help individuals grow and develop new skills.

Behavior Health Technician 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Psychology, Education, Social Work)
  • 2 years of experience working or volunteering with people with a behavioral health diagnosis

Option #1: Master’s in Relevant Field

BCBA Path 1

Option #2: Master’s in ABA

BCBA Path 2
