Since 1976, Access Services has been serving and strengthening our community. For the last five decades, we’ve worked tirelessly to advance our mission and vision: creating opportunities, filling gaps, and building stronger, more resilient communities.

Throughout this special year, we will honor these values and our vision of “strengthening communities by empowering individuals towards wholeness and belonging.” This vision has been the heartbeat of our work for five decades, and it continues to inspire everything we do.

Frequently Asked Sponsorship Questions

If I want to sponsor a table but do not know who else will be joining me, what should I do when the registration asks for names?

You can put your name in all 10 of the spaces in order to submit the form! We will contact you closer to the date to confirm the names of those who will be joining you and we will be able to edit on our side to recognize every member in your party.

If I want to sponsor a table but will only need 5 tickets, what should I do?

You will put the names of those who will be joining you in the first 5 empty lines. The rest you can fill with your name. You can then reach out to us at info@accessservices.org to let us know that those 5 spots are empty and those tickets can be gifted to others. Please be sure you do not want to add to your party before you let us know! We don't want to give your tickets to others if you are not certain how many will join you!

When should I reach out if I have to change how many seats I need? Is there a cutoff date?

Please reach out to info@accessservices.org or Call (215)-429-0718 by October 1st if you have any changes to your registration.

Can you hold a table for me before I'm ready to submit my registration?

Due to the fact that we want to ensure that everyone who wants to sponsor a table has the opportunity to, sponsorships will be on a first come, first served basis. Please submit your table sponsorship right away so that we can ensure you and your group can come together!

The event says it’s from 2:30 – 5:30 pm. Do I need to stay the whole time?

No, the event is an open house! This free experience is open to the entire community to come any time between 2:30 – 5:30 pm.

Will there be food at the walkthrough event?

Some light refreshments & drinks will be served. Please reach out to info@accessservices.org if you have any dietary restrictions.

Who can I bring to the walkthrough event?

Everyone is welcome! Our staff, community partners & members, people we serve, their families and more. This special free experience is meant to be for everyone to celebrate our 50 years of service and where we are going in our future.

What time should I arrive for the Gala?

Our Gala guests will begin seating at 6:10 pm. We ask you to arrive at 5:30 pm to experience the 50th anniversary walkthrough first and then join us for cocktails. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm.
