A Year in Review

Building Community, Empowering Voices

As we look back at 2025, and even further this year as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are reminded how far we have come as an organization.

From a handful of individuals served in our original
3 community homes in 1976 to

10,000+

unique individuals served in 2025

The concept of strengthening communities and helping people build the lives they envisioned for themselves, and their families have led us over the fifty years to where we are today.

Intellectual Disability & Autism Division

Building community starts with the ability for those we serve to be involved with their community and have connections in ways that are meaningful to them.

75+ peer-to-peer events

were held across the ID/A program area to promote
relationship building
for those we serve.

134,389 hours

of Community Participation support (CPS)
hours were completed.

303 individuals supported

by Employment Services in job development, on-site job support,
work assessments, and benefits counseling.

This year we were able to empower the voices of those we serve in new ways through our social media platforms as well as featuring some of our individuals on the Strengthening Communities podcast.

Child & Family Division

Communities are stronger when our families and youth are supported to reach their goals. Our programs believe in providing mentorship and support in person-centered ways that honor the dignity of choice for our families and youth. Empowering voices includes hiring staff and leadership with lived experience to support the work we do in the communities.

616 youth served

by our programs mentoring youth across the agency

 210 families supported

through our family support program, Bucks LIFE

11,000+ hours

of support & mentorship provided to youth &
families by our programs

This year, the Bucks LIFE program welcomed Marissa MacKeverican. Marissa was served by our Transition to Independence (TIP) program as a young woman in foster care placement and credits the mentorship she received as helping her find her career path that led her back to Access Services to lead Bucks LIFE, our family support program.

Access Foster Care & Adoption is founded in 2025

In October 2025, Access Foster Care & Adoption moved out from under the umbrella of Access Services to expand and grow this important work. This decision was made with deep intention, rooted in our shared passion for vulnerable children. Many lives have been impacted by the Foster Care program since its inception in 1994 and we are excited to see how this organization grows.

Behavioral Health Division

Building stronger communities includes training other leaders, community members and providing support in critical moments. The Behavioral Health team continues to show up in both prevention and intervention methods for our community.

5,518 mobile engagements

by Mobile Crisis teams, a 35% increase from 2024.

12,000+ contacts

made to our Warmline services. This includes our Adult Peer Support
& our Teen Talk lines.

2,117 community members

primarily young people in schools & universities, trained in suicide prevention

Our leaders take what they learn and share it with industry peers and other professionals to help support the work in other communities as well. Above the Montgomery County Overdose Response Team (MCORT) presents at RCPA on "The Power of Peers & Partnership" sharing what they've learned in this unique collaborative program.

Housing & Homeless Division

In 2025, our Housing & Homeless division grew exponentially in their supportive housing with the addition of The Housing Assistance Administration Programming awarded to the division to manage 60+ supportive housing options in Montgomery County. This growth is a testament to the team's quality of service in helping to build support around those experiencing homelessness.

Street Medicine celebrates 5th anniversary!

412 unique people

served by the Street Medicine program

2,233 unique people

served by the Street Outreach team

84 unique households

supported across Bucks & Montgomery counties in our
supportive housing programs

The supportive housing team targeted a 60-day time frame to provide housing and hit that mark with a 79% success rate across all programs! This achievement required a coordinated effort to build strong community relationships.

Intersect Division

Intersect continues to support the community at the intersection of Faith & Mental Health. They have expanded their work through connections to regional and national partners. The John Templeton Foundation grant study is in its second year partnering with Intersect & University of Pennsylvania.

262 faith community members

trained in how to support their parishioners with mental health
struggles

160 human services providers

recovery journey

100+ community members

These events equipped faith and mental health leaders and community members to address the needs of our unhoused neighbors. Special thanks to Healthspark Foundation's $15,000 "Building Community Power" grant for making this event series possible.
