Access Services - Creating Better Ways To Serve People With Special Needs

Child & Family - Other

A guiding hand.

Children and youth in the Juvenile Probation System have access to therapeutic services through Rebound, our support services program for adjudicated youth. We will provide therapeutic support to address the clinical needs of the child and in turn improve the child’s relationship at home, in school or work and in the community to help them stay out of trouble.

For more information about Rebound, call the Access Services office closest to you.

Learning life skills through recreation.

The Youth Outdoor Expedition (YOE) program provides recreational activity for adolescents aged 12-16 who experience delinquency, truancy, drug or alcohol related dependencies, conflicts at home, mental illness or other health and safety problems. Activities are chosen to build character, self-esteem and leadership while focusing on teamwork, problem solving, overcoming adversity and developing conflict resolution skills. Participants learn how to camp, climb, hike, fish, swim, canoe and develop other practical skills.

You can invest in this life changing program for at-risk youth by sponsoring one or more of the following opportunities. If you are a businessperson, civic group or organization looking for positive public relations opportunities or visibility, we can discuss a visibility plan that works for you. Contact Dorian Wells at (215) 540-2150 x 324 to learn more about supporting YOE and be sure to visit www.yoetrips.com
