Position Summary:  Our Delaware Valley Region Children's Crisis Support Program is expanding to Bucks County. We are seeking full time Coordinators to provide timely and immediate access to “hands on” crisis support for children and their families through telephone counseling and mobile crisis intervention. Provide rapid and effective assessment, support, hospitalization when necessary, linkage to community resources, crisis prevention planning and follow-up.

We are also seeking a part time Children's Crisis Support Coordinator for Montgomery County.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including human services, special education, psychology or social work and two years of social services experience with at least one year of experience in crisis intervention with children and families. Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and use of a car. Hours: Days, evenings and weekends as required by caseload.  Participate in overnight and weekend coordination rotation to provide off-site after hours crisis intervention.

Access Services’ Community Homes provide a nurturing environment, offering up to 24-hour supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. The focus of our Community Homes is to meet each individual’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. Specific emphasis is placed on community participation and personal growth within the community.

Position Summary:  Assist in the overall management, organization and daily operation of the program to ensure that all program objectives are being met and that the services provided meet the needs of those being served.  Provide direct supervision, support and education to designated Coordinators.

Three years of experience to include a progression of increasing supervisory responsibilities and direct work with developmentally disabled individuals. Our In-Home Supports Program provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes. We offer practical help that can enhance the quality of life for the individual with disabilities and the well being of the entire family. We make efforts to empower the individual and help to strengthen the natural supports that surround them. Services include: staff assistance with daily care, specialized therapies, respite care, crisis planning, behavioral consultation, adaptations to the home, employment services and linkages to their communities.

L.I.F.E. Day Support is an innovative program that helps developmentally disabled adults develop functional skills and discover their talents through volunteer work. Through our experience we have found that controlled experiences in volunteer settings stimulate developmentally disabled individuals in ways that traditional work experiences cannot. With guidance and support, these experiences become opportunities for developmentally disabled individuals to grow and build confidence. Individuals in the L.I.F.E program learn social, community, personal and vocational skills.

We are seeking part time L.I.F.E. Staff to work in the Bethlehem, Schuylkill and Tamaqua areas.

Position Summary: This is a specialized position that primarily provides timely and immediate access to support teens through telephone counseling with the help of peer volunteers. The Warm Line Coordinator provides telephone support, training, oversight and evaluation of peer volunteers. The Warm Line Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Children's Crisis Coordinators when a caller presents in a crisis situation. In most cases, the callers will receive encouragement and linkages to appropriate resources. This position will oversee all documentation and case review related to the warm line callers. The Warm Line Coordinator will receive support from the CCSP consultant in the case review and training process. The Warm Line Coordinator will present the program in schools and other community settings. Work is performed with considerable independent judgment within approved policies and procedures.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications:  Master's Degree in a related field with training and experience in crisis intervention with children and families (specializing in work with teenagers).  Available to work full time afternoons and evenings.

We are seeking part time Therapeutic Support Staff to work in our Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) program. Shifts are available in all of our regions to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention with children/adolescents while supporting the family. 

Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 60 credits with 3 years of experience working with childen utilizing behavioral methods with MH/MR population is preferred. We are also seeking to contract experienced MS level Behavioral Specialist Consultant with educational and clinical background. Afternoon, evening and weekend hours are available.  Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
