Program Staff - Full & Part Time
We are seeking caring, energetic, confident staff to assist adults with developmental disabilities with basic health and hygiene needs, learning new skills, exploring their community and having fun. Full time positions are available to work flexible weekly schedules as needed. A valid driver’s license is required. Previous mental retardation direct care experience is preferred. Enhanced Behavioral Health Services

Therapeutic Staff Support(BS Level) Part Time (Wraparound Program)
Day, evening and weekend hours with the potential of full time employment. We require previous experience working with children and/or adolescents. MR/Autism experience is a plus. We provide a strong team approach, supportive clinical supervision and a competitive salary. Part time positions of 17.5 hours or more per week offer paid time off and tuition assistance. This position is a combination of two distinct areas of responsibility: The case manager portion is responsible for executing documentation, coordinating services for children enrolled in the program, maintaining an individual caseload, and supervision of TSS, working closely with the EBHS Asst. Director. The Therapeutic Staff Support position provides one-on-one behavioral intervention with a consumer while supporting the family and implementing the behavioral plan.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with one year of experience in the human services field. Must be organized and detail oriented.

Hours: Full time: 20 hours as Asst. Case Manager/20 hours as Therapeutic Staff Support.
