In-Home Supports Program

Coordinator
Our In-Home Supports Program provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes. We offer practical help that can enhance the quality of life for the individual with disabilities and the well being of the entire family. We make efforts to empower individuals and help to strengthen the natural supports that surround them. Services include: staff assistance with daily care, specialized therapies, respite care, crisis planning, behavioral consultation, adaptation to the home, employment services and linkages to their communities.


We are seeking an individual to oversee, organize and coordinate supports for individuals with disabilities in their own homes and actively direct and supervise support staff.  We require a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including human services, special education, psychology or social work; two years of mental retardation or developmental disabilities experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team; a valid driver’s license and use of a car. Enhanced Behavioral Health Services

These therapeutic services are short term and intensive, and are intended to stabilize the child or adolescent in order to keep them in the least restrictive environment. We provide behavioral intervention, mobile therapy and therapeutic staff support services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties to children between the ages of 3 – 21 who have a psychiatric diagnosis. We provide staff with a strong team approach and supportive clinical supervision.

 

Therapeutic Staff Support (BS Level) Part Time
Flexible day, evening and weekend hours in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. We require previous experience working with children and/or adolescents. MR/autism experience is a plus. We provide a strong team approach, supportive clinical supervision and a competitive salary.

Lifesharing

Lifesharing Coordinator  - Full Time
Work as part of a team to assist individuals in developing their own individualized program plan that addresses their social, emotional, physical, and educational needs. Coordinate all supports outlined in the individual program plans. Assist individuals in adjusting to their new homes, working through family conflicts and becoming connected to their local communities. Ensure the safety of individuals through monitoring and implementation of all agency, county and state regulations.  Preferred Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including human services, special education, psychology or social work and one year of direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Valid PA driver’s license and use of a car.

Day time hours with occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.

Marketing and Fund Development

Support Specialist

We are seeking a full time Support Specialist to provide specialized support assistance for the daily activities of Marketing & Fund Development. This individual will assist in all aspects of the annual fund development initiative for Access Services, support the daily activities for fundraising events, all printed materials, public relations and web related activity.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including public relations, marketing, development or communications. Two or more years in a related field including fund development, communications, marketing or public relations preferably in the non-profit sector. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2000 – 2003 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access), Donor Software and Internet; knowledge of the Adobe CS Master Collection software for graphics design, website design and video productions/editing, etc.

Starting Point

Assistant Director MH Support Services/Starting Point

Excellent opportunity for a present Coordinator to assume additional responsibilities to assist in the overall management, organization and daily operation of the program to ensure that all program objectives are being met and that the services provided meet the needs of those being served. The Assistant Director will also carry a small caseload. Responsibilities will be divided between management and coordination of case or cases - Asst. Dir. 32 hours/wk, Coordinator 8 hours/wk.Preferred Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field including human services, special education, psychology or social work. Previous experience that includes a progression of increasing supervisory responsibilities and direct work with individuals with mental health needs. Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
